  • Paprika

  • Onion powder
  • Kitchen twine

Instructions

  1. Remove giblets from the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Truss the chicken with kitchen twine to ensure even cooking.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil and season generously with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Preheat the rotisserie oven to 350°F (175°C).
