  • 1 cup of creamy oat milk
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 34 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 2.5 teaspoons of pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, and pumpkin puree over medium heat.
  2. Whisk continuously until the mixture is smooth and heated through, but not boiling.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Pour the creamer into an airtight container and refrigerate.
  6. Shake well before using. Serve in coffee, tea, or your favorite beverage, and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
