  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp whole milk

Instructions

  1. Warm milk to 110-115°F, add sugar and yeast, and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix yeast mixture with sugar, butter, eggs, and sour cream in a stand mixer until smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead with a dough hook for 5-7 minutes until soft and slightly sticky.
  4. Let dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
