  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 46 lime wedges
  • 812 corn or flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by coating it in a homemade taco seasoning mix.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and cook the chicken for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  3. Shred or chop the cooked chicken into small pieces.
