A creamy, comforting chicken pasta dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights, combining chicken, pasta, and a delicious creamy sauce.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup single or light cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or sage), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts to about 1-1.5 cm thick with a rolling pin.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper and dust with flour.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 2 minutes on each side to create a golden-brown crust.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and add cream, Parmesan cheese, and herbs to make the sauce.
  5. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and add to the skillet with the sauce.
  6. Toss everything together for a few minutes to blend the flavors, then add the chicken back to the skillet.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes to warm the chicken through.
  8. Serve with a garnish of fresh herbs, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese.
